Courtney Okoye
Passionate Founder and Director
She is a MAIP alum and Challenge Detroit alum, who is passionate about using her talents to address racial relations and cultural interconnectivity among advertisers in Detroit. After learning that there were no initiatives in place to foster multiculturally-based relationships, she sought to create a professional network that would make it possible.
Ndubisi Okoye
Art Director, Doner
I am an Art Director with a passion for narrative creativity. Through my drawings and writing, I create unique stories that motivate and inspire. I was born in Raleigh, NC and I grew up in Detroit, MI. Growing in Detroit taught me how to multitask and to become self-motivated. I love Detroit because it is a city of creative, diverse, and inspirational people. I hope to carry that same passion through my career.

Chioke McRae
Managing Partner at ROOT 4
I'm a curious strategist at heart. I've always been interested in figuring out to how do things differently, and not just to be different but to get results in the best way possible. I look at situations and map them out from start to finish. As the managing partner at ROOT 4, I'm using my strategist mindset mixed with creative direction to help clients to position their business as something more than just the norm in their category.
